Would you buy a haunted house?

Here is today's prompt:

Would you buy your dream house if the price was right BUT you were told it was inhabited by ghosts?

I have to say this is a pretty iffy question. The thing is, I belong to a group of paranormal investigators. No, I'm not kidding. We've been pretty inactive lately since we all lead busy lives, but there was a time we were checking out houses and buildings pretty regularly for signs of anything out of the ordinary.

I won't reveal any names for the sake of privacy, but my favorite investigation was at an Inn in Missouri. I don't remember how old the place was, but the whole building was made out of stone. The place was just beautiful. I also saw an orb that night. I know there's a lot of controversy over orbs in photographs, but I saw this one with my own eyes. It was like a tiny ball of light just floating through this bedroom. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get a picture of it, but I'll never forget what it looked like.

My next favorite investigation was at a small business in Jefferson, TX. If you know anything about Jefferson, you probably know that it's known for it's antiques and haunted buildings. Old towns are generally known for both of those things. I guess in a way they kinda go hand in hand. I don't remember seeing anything in particular at this location, but we got a good bit of evidence in the form of EVP's, which stands for Electronic Voice Phenomenon.

I would love to do some more investigations, but it requires finding a place to investigate. Maybe we'll get to do some more in the future.

I went a little off subject, so to get back to it. I would consider buying my perfect house, even if it was haunted. It would really depend on what "activity" the ghosts get up to. Do they just move things around, or do they touch people or what. If they were pretty benign I wouldn't mind sharing my dream house with them. After all, it was probably their dream house once, too, and that's why they're still there.
