Is This a Joke?

Whoever decided that PMS and early pregnancy should have the same symptoms must have been playing a joke that day.  They are complete opposites of each other yet they feel the same.  So if I am having symptoms such as mood swings, light spotting around CD 24-28, headaches, mild cramping, changes in libido, and backaches, what is causing it?  I have not had a natural period in over 4 years so these things are kinda foreign to me.  When I induce with provera I don't get these symptoms until the bleeding has actually started.

I am pretty sure I ovulated because if I didn't then I wouldn't be having this problem.  To make matters worse, my Dr's office still hasn't called with my test results. I called yesterday and left a message and of course they never called back. I did this test last Thursday so they definitely should have called by now.

At this point in my cycle I can probably poas and atleast get an answer on that front, but I can't bring myself to do it until the dr calls. At this point either AF needs to rear her ugly head or I need to find out I am pregnant because this waiting and not knowing why I feel this way is driving me crazy. I guess I really need to start charting my temp and using opk's. Then I would know more than I do now and I wouldn't have to rely on the Dr for all my information.

Listen now to the gentle whispers of hope. ~ Charles D. Brodhead
